"This was the 2nd time ordering direct from Papa Johns and it was late both times and everything freezing cold. They also got our drink wrong. I have called and they said they would come collect the pizza and re-make it but we’re so hungry we have put it in the microwave which doesn’t taste great. £30 wasted! They said they would put £5 credit on our account. I won’t be ordering from there again. Pizza Hut is better"

"Over an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered. No contact from the shop for an update and when I phoned they just said sorry. No offer of compensation or even a free side or similar. Definitely gone down in my estimation and will not be using them again. Update: when the pizza finally arrived pizzas were stone cold."

"I've always used Papa John's for my takeaway pizzas whilst living in Brighton. As I now live locally I was concerned about the amount of negative reviews, but decided to take a chance and I'm pleased to say that everything was as ordered. I ordered around 9pm and had my order in approximately 30 minutes. The delivery guy was friendly and even called ahead as he was having difficulty finding my property. The food was hot and tasty and I will definitely be ordering from them again."

"Papa Jon's Worthing seems very badly run. Ordered a pizza online. No warning of wait i started chasing after an hour and half. Was then told the wait was two hours now but had not been told of any delay while ordering. Over two and half hours food turned up cold and tough. Couldn't eat it. No refund or way of getting it online. I won't take the risk again especially at the ludicrous prices. So many other options."
