"So disappointed. Quality of food really dropped to substandard since last time and couldn't get it home warm let alone hot. Only a 3 minute walk. Potatoe wedges were like soggy powdered rubbish, and pizza was doughy and underdone. It was almost like everything hadn't been cooked enough."

"Orders from the just eat app, order didnt arrived at the end of the delivery estimate time however the app said it arrived and food was delivered. Call the restaurant, they said its on its way, called 15 mins after the first call and food wasnt here still, once they picked up they told me its not their responsibility but another store's. They cancelled the order and hanged up when i wanted to check ifbthe other store was even available on the app (it was not available). Not good enough....much less when the previous day, the store cancelled my order for no reason given."

"Food was good, that's always a standard. Delivery was absolutely awful, I'm injured and I shouldn't be on my feet. I live in an apartment block and they refused to bring to the door which normally would be fine but in my situation it wasn't. I explained my situation they still refused even out of good will."

"Poor experience, pizzas subpar little s request but shall only go to proper pizza place in future, order took 30 minutes despite it saying 14-18 on the app, watched numerous staff enjoy a jolly good laugh whilst not making our pizza, when it eventually said ours was ready they were retrieved off a hot staff where they were sat waiting so not straight out of the oven. Got home and they didn't taste of anything real. Never again."

"Ordered a fly by take out from Dominos for dinner. The process doesn’t work as well as the wait time was just too long. A delivery would have been quicker! However, Dominos turned things around as when I mentioned I had been waiting for too long, the kind staff member offered a complimentary ice cream and apologised for any inconvenience. Great recovery!! The pizza quality was perfect and my boys loved it. Thank you Dominos Worthing"
