"Cancelled an order shortly after placing it online. Called the store several times to get the refunded sorted and they always said we're working on it or that they have to wait for the manager to handle it. Still haven't received the refund."
"Crust was flat like it hasn't been proofed properly and there was no sauce. Chicagotown frozen is comparable. These are nothing like the PH delivery in the US, but neither are Domino's or Papa Johns. We just don't do delivery pizza well."

"Delivery came and the wrong fries were sent so I rang up and the girl who answered was lovely she sorted it out no problems they sent the crispy fries 15 mins later, which it was actually the crispy fries that I wanted I had only ordered the pizza as an extra how I could get a delivery lol literally the crispy fries are that nice I'm literally addicted to them lol. The delivery is always fast as well I do always get my deliveries usually within 20 25 mins of ordering which is great especially when you want something fast and a nice pizza and fries"
