"Ordered from bass Ballsbridge a number of months ago. Pizza arrived nearly 2 hours after it was ordered and it was the wrong order. My order never arrived. Decided to give the restaurant another go and order from Base Glenageary. And would you believe yet again the pizza arrived over an hour late and it was AGAIN the wrong order. The delivery driver came back an hour and 25 minutes after the order had been placed with three cold pizzas and no apology. I don't know who can't match orders to addresses but something needs to be done about your order system. Very disappointing as the food is good quality. Really hope this improves in the future."
