"I popped in today to check out some jewellery options for piercings I’ve been planning for a while. It’s two days before Christmas and incredibly busy in London so had no expectations of there being any appointments to actually get them done. They were all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and offered me a slot with Nicole within 15 minutes. The rooms are very smart and clean and the piercings were by far the most comfortable I’ve ever had, I barely noticed them and still no pain at all after a few hours. I’ll definitely be back!"

I must say I was very nervous about the piercing but as soon as I entered the shop the wonderful ladies were very welcoming and friendly which made me feel at ease and that was even before I met Nicole. She was equally amazing, the selection of earrings presented were on point and difficult to choose from (lol). The showroom and piercing rooms are very clean and well laid out. "I’ve been being pierced by Nicole for about four years now. She is so gentle, patient and kind, but most of all incredible at her job. The selection of jewellery here is huge, and it’s all of the highest quality. The counter staff are lovely and welcoming, and have great knowledge about the jewellery. I was finally pierced at this location for the first time today and, as always, it was very clean and smooth. The piercing rooms are like high end clinic rooms with fully sterile kit so no fear that you’ll end up with any problems. I can’t recommend this place enough. I had to remove a previous nostril piercing done elsewhere due to a bad piercing bump, but Nicole was so expert at finding a spot that didn’t affect the scar tissue and she gave me such helpful instructions for the aftercare.
