"Absolutely diabolical customer service! I took my darling 10 year old for a cut and blow dry. She told my daughter she looks way too old for a 10 year old because she spotted a single white hair. And told her that her body is too developed for a 10 year old. I was mortified. My daughter cannot stop talking about her very bad experience. I will never forget this experience and DO NOT recommend this salon for children!"

"Went to cut my extremely long hair after a long time due to the lockdown, I have booked it online which cost me 26 pounds, however I have then cancelled and book an appointment by phone. I asked for a completely straight cut, which as seen in the photo isn’t exactly straight and then on top it ended up being 30 pounds instead. The two stars is only for the lady as she was nice and kind but I wouldn’t cut my hair there again."
