He was able to discuss the full process of valuation with Yardna (as well as the differences between insurance valuations and the 'wholesale' or jewellery company purchase value). He also took the time to discuss the insurance protection regarding sending items by post and was knowledgeable rather than pushy - I felt comfortable dealing with him and his team. The offer made for my jewellery was explained (they have a lab in Hatton Garden as well as their shops) as well as extremely reasonable (I had another quote to compare) and in choosing not to sell one item for sentimental reasons, it was returned swiftly and safely. “I went a few months ago to get done an industrial piercing in my ear. The piercer was super nice and explained to me everything I need to know and do for the helping process as takes really long to heal. He checked my anatomy and done it in a different way as I had in mind but it was perfect and I just feel a bit pain but maybe just because there is two holes. The piercing was a bit tricky to heal during 3 months even thought I used the saline spray that they recommended me. I started to use another product to clean it and now is completely perfect. I'm more than happy with this clinic because they are really professional.”

They went one further and replaced it for free, even including a refund of my postage and paying 1st class signed for their end.
