"The lack of customer service in this shop should is appalling and should be a disgrace to the reputation of Boots in general. The Store Manager, Olivia, and Assistant Manager, Sadiq are unhelpful and rude. A customer apparently cannot be frustrated when their order has been lost for a SECOND time...instead they just get kicked out!!! They have no sense of responsibility or care for their customers. They have no idea about what products Boots sell so why work there. It is an appalling store and should be closed down! SORRY BOOTS BUT YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE!!"

"Booked a flu jab appointment, only to realise after taking half day off from work and driving to the store that there are no pharmacists to administer. Didn’t even bother informing ahead of the appointment time. To spice it up, was on a call with customer service for refund only to be transferred 7 times and listening to unapologetic store manager, yet waiting for the refund. Store doesn’t have option to record a formal complaint and the store manager wouldn’t tell me how can I register a formal complaint. Never seen such unprofessional customer service!!"

"Have used this Boots for 40 years. The staff are very helpful, including the pharmacy staff. Okay there is not so many floor staff as there used to be. I for one would hate to lose this Boots branch as I would not travel further to findca Boots."
