"The staff can be rude at times. I am not a afan of the service. And also why would you not add points to my account. Does it depend on the staff's mood? No explanation was given. I was just told that they are not adding point on that day. Then why make me waste my time getting a membership? Just not a good place to shop. If i wasn't a student. "Update 12/9/22 - purchased a few items from the mens department. The staff member was polite, patient and kind. Very helpful too. Can you tell me why I asked five different staff members and was given different answers. None of them knew for sure the ladies sizings. One said, L is a 12/14, another said its 10/12, whilst another said they dont sell size 18...really? Well please look at the photo... Then another didnt understand the question... Retail frontline staff at H&M... Help!!! Hugely disappointing."
"I think you should fix this terrible mistake in your window. It is obvious that children nowadays are becoming addicted to phones and tablets. You don't give a good message in this way. I went there with my children today, it's not nice that you normalize it even though I restrict them from using or owning a phone until a certain age"
"H&M is a chain of stores that can be found in any shopping center. There is a large selection of women's clothing, children's clothing, men's clothing, housewares and accessories. We visited the store on a Saturday at noon, and it was not too crowded with shoppers. We found in the accessories section a packing of 5 rings that the girl wanted to buy. The line at the cash register was reasonable."
"Big range and Beautiful clothing for children but the kids section was so messy when I went , obviously people mainly kids take items and throw on the floor ! Lots of items were mixed up too . Women's section ,men and home section were very tidy and lots of bargains . Staff are very helpful and kind .The cashier told me to go to their website since Iam a member and helped me to get to the code in my account to get a discount .I ended up saving £11 so I am a happy customer!"
