"Shocking service. Was very busy with the post Xmas sale which is to be expected and long wait in the queue wasn’t an issue. Issue were the four people at the till. They really didn’t give a toss. No smile. No eye contact with customers. Taking an eternity to do their jobs. When it finally got to my turn to be served, the cashier spent a full five minutes scanning and bagging my items. I only had five items. The items weren’t folded… just jammed into a small bag that was bulging at the end. There was absolutely no interaction with me throughout. Not a word. Just a miserable young woman who obviously didn’t want to be there. That wasn’t a one off though… during the wait it was pretty much how everyone of them treated the customer and it’s the reason why the wait in the queue was so long. 1* is being generous."
