"Perhaps, there are more than one manager since there are some complaints about the manger here or perhaps, the one I spoke yesterday is a new branch manager. Darren, the manager was patient and helpul. I was slightly offended by one member of staff when I first raised an issue with the item I collected from the store. However, I was able to speak with Darren who was friendly and took time to resolve my issue."

"Appalling customer service, manager very rude. Told me I only ordered one when it clearly says 2. Eventually admitted she was wrong. Basically accusing me of lying. She then drop an item on floor which I sure was intentional. Kissed teeth on handing over. Nice."

"Appalling customer service. Tried to return an unused camera and woman behind the desk said she couldn't return it as there was no manager onsite. Apparently this "policy" only operates at this store. Her colleague tried to interject but she kept speaking over him and telling him to shush, so I suspect this "policy" isn't actually a thing. She was very unhelpful, unapologetic and rude. She honestly seemed to rejoice in the fact that she was inconveniencing me. Went to the Sydenham Sainsburys and returned it with no issue."

"A lot of bad reviews on here kind of put me off going in but I had to get a refund or replacement from the Penge store. The man on duty who looked like he was on his own, really helped and was so quick as well. Receipt I had didn't have my card number on and they didn't have a replacement in stock so he gave me a gift card for the exact amount. Very good service. We're not all Karen's and complain about waiting 5 minutes :)"
