"Really useful store for buying day to day items. Some items are really good bargain buy here. You need to know which items are worth buying from here, as dont expect super quality but its descent for the prize you are paying. Also has good spread/variety of daily usage items. Like some cost effective home decor items here including some stationary items."

"The shop is clean, the staff are nice but the prices are rubbish and I won't shop there any more! Prices up by 50% or more on many core items, disregarding their loyal customers! I'd advise shop around instead of keep giving them your money - Home bargains over the road! I wouldn't mind an extra 10p on items that were a quid not an extra 50p!"

"I was in this morning and purchased 4 items. When I paid I was told it was £12.00 to which I thought It was abit pricey but didn’t question it. I paid the boy on the till two £5.00 notes and a £2.00 coin. He then gave me £1.00 back and a receipt. Upon checking my receipt I saw the items were £1.00 each and began to question him! He claimed I only gave him £5.00 I asked to see a manager and I was told there was NO MANAGER! At this point I’m getting stressed as the guy is a absolute nugget. Luckily the lady on the shop floor sent a supervisor over who was able to check to till as I was the first customer! Surprise surprise I was right. This guy on the till had no idea what he was doing. Couldn’t understand my receipt. And could not defuse a situation! No customer service skills. If that was me I would say “sorry for the error but I thought you gave me £5.00 I’ll just get my supervisor to look into it” not stand there and argue with a customer and make the situation worse! You shouldn’t have people like that in customer facing jobs! Thankyou to the lady who sorted it all out xx"
