"Went to get just a sandwich, this lady who works there who always has a intercom headset on her head pushed the chair right in front and stood up right in front not caring a customer is looking at the sandwich. She didn’t even bother to move or even apologise. When asked if i could take one she was cery RUDE! The worst Co op as i have mentioned before as well. Being kind or simply talking nicely wouldn’t COST A THING. The only nice worker i found was an asian lady on the till. Thank you to her. The old staffs must be replaced or at least learn!"

"This is the worst Co op I've ever been in.Shelves are always almost empty. You can almost never get what you are regularly looking for. Everything is too expensive too, it's a rip off. Staff do not care. They never co operate together, it's like there is no management. Some workers there are so moody, they look at you like you shouldn't be there.This Co Op do not deserve even one star."

"Popped into this Co-op last Sunday 19th June 2022, went to till to pay for my 3 items however on checking my receipt I had been charged for 4 items, when I queried this the gentleman at the till was unapologetic, rude and abrupt. His customer service was appalling and was happy to spend the next few minutes debating the reasoning for a receipt for my refund. I left the shop feeling very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of service. May I suggest additional training for your staff. I feel the language barrier also contributed to my experience."
