"There is a limited opening time on Sunday until 6pm so I went quickly as i got late and i reached 5,50pm exactly, they were not letting in people, I claim that there are 10 minutes til 6pm and they allowed me. However This is a lack of respect to the customer and a bad service that Mark and Spencer has to correct or then change the opening time in your Web, Door labels and in Google maps and close 15minutes earlier. "Staff are numerous friendly and helpful. Self service checkouts only but help is only a minute away. Has a Costa coffee machine, on site bakery, hot food racks for porridge, bacon and sausage rolls. Has recently stopped baking palmiers but the scones are great."

"RUDE RUDE RUDE, this black lady got very defensive because we didn’t put the crisps bag perfectly straight after we chosen one, who does that? If you hate your job change it, don’t be rude with buying customers otherwise you wouldn’t have a job lady! Learn manners this is what we have in UK! I am a local and been buying M&S products for years and never had to deal with such behaviour and rudeness. Will definitely make an official complaint!"

"I’m sorry but who is in charge of stock control in this place? Time after time I come into your establishment eager and salivating at the chance to eat your tiramisu family pack (all to myself) yet it is not in stock. I have tried varying the times and the days in order to improve my chances of it being in stock yet here I am again, leaving M&S empty-handed. I am sure it is still an item that you do stock as there is a placeholder for it but for some reason the space in the shelf is never filled. Please sort it out, then I’ll change the review accordingly. Thank you."

"A great M&S near the Premier Inn Hotel to get any snacks etc. Good selection and great fresh food as always. The only bad thing which I hate in any shop is that there are only self checkouts and as always they don't always work as they should so the shopping experience is often ruined."
