Reviews
"Consistent lack of service unfortunately - closing the store earlier than advertised and the staff proceeds to ignore customers. Damaging to the Co-op brand"
"Not the highest quality merchandise you will find but Cheap and Cheerful. The breads and cakes are rather low quality apart from the bread they stock from an Artisan Bakery in Greenwich. I think it is Paul Rhodes. Surprisingly good loaves in a range from White through Wholemeal and Seeded. Very tasty indeed. Not much to shout about in the fruit and veg stakes. More suited to the odd emergency when you've just realised you are missing something for lunch or dinner. The freezers are also a bit too full of convenience foods. All in all I think most people in the Suburb would have liked a small Waitrose but I think the site is a wee bit small for a Waitrose."
"This store never has stock and the selection that is available is basic at the best of times."
"Recently been to this place....it's a small store but the staffs are very helpful and friendly at the same time....specially the staff named karthik....will visit more often."
"Co-op is a convenience store only with quite a limited range. I'm not very impressed by their breads and cakes which seem to be low quality compared to Lidl say. The Meats and cheeses are very expensive. Vegetables seem OK but a little on the expensive side. All in all if it was a Little Waitrose the locals would be happier - but it probably suits poorer people who occupy the flats up and down the market place. Wouldnt be missed much in my opinion. One good point to mention. The range of breads supplied by a baker in Greenwich is surprisingly good. It all comes down to the flour used and this baker, Paul Rhodes does a pretty good job which is a fantastic find! Look out for reduced price bargains after 18:30 - grab a bag of sausage rolls if you're after a snack!"
