"I go to this store regularly and there is always a confusion about where the queue starts and where people should stand (due to the small space in front of the cashier and the design of the store). You can wait for your turn and see other people coming from a different direction to be served first. I’m a regular costumer and have been in many situations like that for several times and I’ve never said a word .. well not until today! Today I was the only one waiting in the queue so I decided to stand on the side because last night one of the staff (the unfriendly one) told us in a very rude way to stand on the side. The cashier today decided we should queue in a different place which created a confusion (again!). When I suggested to put a sign to show people where to stand especially during busy times one customer whispered queue rage! The cashier replied by saying it’s supposed to be common sense only to make the situation more uncomfortable! I have been a regular customer since they opened this store, and today I decided this place is not worth it! If they don’t want a feedback from a customer and continue to create a confusion that could lead costumers to argue or whisper unkind words to each other then it is not the place to go to or the business that I would like to support!"

"First, quite rude staff. Not much space when busy. Not much Real food. Wonder if bread is without gluten cos still i could taste it. They have strange type of food with only good looking label. Some spinach, homous, zingy taste like a fish. Can someone tell me why? I think their food is a lie! I dont think is vegan…, i am not sure. Their tortilla wraps, vegan one quite dodgy thing. If u have a ruflux each time after their food, that is not vegan! Or gluten free! Watch it."

"Super disappointed with this store. Had high hopes of an organic grocer opening on the High St. Unfortunately, their produce section is incredibly limited and often not very fresh. They lack a serious amount of basic products (likely because a third of the store is dedicated to body lotion). I really want to give them a higher rating, but after about 4-5 visits my feeling that is unless they completely overhaul their approach I likely won't be going back. My advice, focus more on produce and shelving items that people actually need in their daily lives."
