"Advice to anybody thinking of applying for a position here as a driver, don’t bother. I worked here for a year as an on-site manager and seen it all. As a driver you will be charged a ridiculous amount for your van hire and fuel and will be charged for ANY damage on the van, some of the time, damage that was already there. Vans are dodgy to start with, falling to pieces. You will be charged 7 days a week but probably only work 4/5 if your lucky. You will lose more money than you earn. Good luck!"

"£500 Van deposit and last wages not paid!!! Still they send invoice for new van damage, even after van check and report done more than a month ago... Scammers drained every single penny I had to get paid and now are trying to get more. Van hire contract is a scam! It's easy to get hired but you're lucky if you do 4 days a week... and when you give notice of leave they take ALL the money you're due... *800 van rental /month *12.50 accounting/ weekly *Late loading time and you're forced to do 9 hours even if you manage to finish early *Only their favorite drivers get bonuses... you'll never see it.."

"Joke! Every review was terrible on indeed but thought I’d wing in for Christmas work for experience to be a drive. I made 400 quid each month for being there. They charge 30 quid for a van a day and a lot of times give you no work for day as not enough for a route or they will give you half to do half days work so you earn nothing. Mess your pay up every month and find ways to charge you so you earn less. God honest truth, I left and they ignored me for 7 days so I couldn’t find out where to drop the van off which had no clocks so could of been hot wired and I got charged each day for that. The vans are not road legal, Bald tires, no locks, no brake pads even mechanic said another day of driving he wouldn’t be able to get them off. All these bad reviews are there for a reason, trust me, AVOID"

"I have read some of the reviews about PCS and as a driver for them in Dundee for 17 months. I can now say since new on site management we now have a great team of drivers who are all hitting bonus since the start of the year. And on site management is always there to help and support us all. I can now highly recommend the job as we improve as a company and group of drivers each week reaching our targets quite easily now"

"I'd been self employed for a number of years when I came across a job advert for PCS Logistics. £112 per day, up to 6 days per week, van options available if needed, daily bonus all seemed too good to be true. I dismissed the advert until a few months later when a friend told me about it. How I wish I had joined when I first read that advert, It was all true!!! I started as a self employed driver (I'll happily discuss the benefits to been self employed with anyone who wishes to) and loved every minute of it. Never the same day twice, travelling all over the country, breath taking views & the ability to work when I wanted. I was pulling in a few grand a month as a driver and driving round in a new van. Eventually I progressed up to be the site manager. I operate an open and honest policy, the job (as all logistics jobs are) is a tough one but PCS Logistics are a family owned business who work hard to be as fair and professional as possible. PCS isn't scared to invest in people and ideas. You're not just a driver, you're part of the family. It's been both a privilege and a pleasure to grow with this company over the last 4 years and I look forward to many more years working with this company on its journey to redefine logistics."
