"Driver arrived very quickly to pick us up. Was really kind and welcoming given it was our first time in Grantham. Was very nice and chatty and ensured we got to our destination safely. Also he had excellent taste in music! Highly recommend this taxi service around Grantham."
"Absolutely overpriced . I preordered a taxi for my mom for the next day morning at 5:20 and the taxi driver came around 6 minutes earlier , whilst still counting it in the price. When my mom came out at 5:29 she was already charged close to £5 because the driver and i quote "likes to arrive earlier ". I don't mind the driver wanting to be earlier , but it was not arranged that my mom would have to pay extra for the driver's personal choice . At the end my mom had to pay £12.86 for a ride that shouldn't cost more than £7. Edit: I've seen a lot of previous reviews that are similar to mine going back 6-7 months , It's highly unlikely that the owner would make a positive decision of working out a better pricing system."
