"I have been using door to door for a couple of months due to not having my own mode of transport for commuting to and from work. The majority of driver's that have picked me up have been very friendly and on time. On the odd occasion I have had drivers collect me a 15-20 mins late. However due to the location of collection I can understand if no drivers are in the area it can take time to get there. Overall very happy with the service I have received. Thank you."
"I can't review the drivers as the 2 times I've booked a taxi in advance they have been cancelled 10-15mins before they were due to pick me up. The woman on the phone was very polite and apologetic but it left me unable to get to work, luckily another company got me there and left me unable to get back in time to recieve my disabled mum from her day centre. Customer service seemed ok from the interaction I had and the app was easy to use."

"Perfect and enjoyable taxi ride from start to finish. The driver was a nice friendly taxi driver who arrived on time, in fact he arrived a couple of minutes early. Whilst on the journey to my destination I received a telephone call what resulted in me having to make a unexpected stop on way to my final planned destination. The driver was fine with this and very accommodating. Whilst in the cab the driver was extremely polite and chatty all of the way which made the journey alot more enjoyable and made the trip seem even faster than it should of been. The journey was that more pleasant due to the attitude of the driver, and because of this I gave the taxi driver a nice tip after being dropped off at my final stop on my journey. I can't praise the driver enough for how I was treated throughout the journey as it was such a journey from start to finish. If I had to rate him from 1-10 (1 being shocking and unpleasant trip , and 10 being best taxi ride ever I've ever experienced) this driver deserves a 15 as it's been a perfect experience from the moment he arrived early right up to the very end point. Other taxi drivers should be made to go on an journey with this guy to learn how to treat a customer when they are in the car with other drivers as they could learn alot from this guy, in future when I require a taxi driver, I will be asking to see if he's working that day and where possible I will be asking to see if it's possible to request that it's him who collects me and takes me to the destination where I'm planning on going to, it was a great taxi journey and I will be telling all of my friends and family about the trip and how well I was treated from the start all the way to being dropped of at the end. I can't say thankyou to the driver enough for how I was treated in this trip and how different the driver was , I have never had a taxi pick me up like this guy who me up picked and treated me as polite and friendly like this, it was an unexpected pleasure which was a lovely experience after unfortunately being previously given the absolute opposite experience from other drivers and firms . The journey may only of been a short trip but the memory of the trip and the customer service received will stay with me for a lot longer than the trip lasted for .
