"Booked taxi never came, stuck in city centre at half three in the morning. Another taxi passed by from same company and wanted over double the amount we were first quoted, disgusting and will never use again"

"Used this taxi service frequently, however i have experienced many issues with this firm, like one time i was going away with work and needed to be at work early in the morning to board a coach. i booked the taxi way in advance through the booking online system. Come that morning i was waiting and ready with all my suitcases and to my horror the taxi never showed up. I then called the operator to en quire where my taxi was to which the operator told me it was 2mins away from my address. When i explained that i booked the taxi way in advance i was then cut off. Eventually after 5 mins i rang back and i was told my taxi was on its way, i did get annoyed and angry at this point as its not the first time they have done this to me. eventually the taxi did turn up but the driver stank off booze and although i tried ringing the office to complain no one would answer the phone to me. On other occasions the taxi company can be fairly good, but i think the head office and taxi drivers need to be trained more and to be fair with their customers and show respect, other wise in my opinion the bus or another taxi company like COUNTY CARS, or Central Cars will win my vote every time and needless to say they don't rip you off either."

"Terrible customer service, book an hour before the time I wanted, called several times and actually they kept saying ur taxi is 3 mins away from ur address. They lied to me why they are late! I have lost my train :(."

"the most disrespectful, rude, arrogant and untrustworthy taxi service i have ever had the painful experience of meeting. rude people, arrogant people, lie about the time the taxi will be, and sometimes the taxi doesn't even turn up, cab men are rude, talk to you like rubbish and overall, a very poor and unorganized taxi service."

"I'm not sure why everyone gives this company bad reviews as I have used them numerous times and I always end up with polite and kind drivers. Hopefully the reviews don't put people off. My latest encounter with them was today. The operator was polite, helpful and fast and the taxi also arrived quite quickly with a cheery, kind driver. The company is up to date with a great app and text message confirmations."
