"I am writing this review after making a booking, so haven't yet been driven to and from my destination. I was quite frustrated at the customer service over the phone. It was quite slow and not exactly friendly. The gentleman certainly wasn't rude, but there was little rapport or friendliness in his tone. Just kept saying, 'bear with me', and putting me on hold. It would be nice to get someone who is cheery and more positive. It left me feeling a little awkward on the phone. It may only be a taxi service but in this day and age customer service is king. Gotta keep the standards high!"
