"Wanted a taxi from hotel to hospital to pick up a patient then bring her back. A previous taxi firm I'd contacted had been unhelpful; this firm were a pleasure to deal with, sent a very helpful driver and charged a reasonable fare. Will definitely use them in future if needed."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Booked the night before and they were still FOURTY MINUTES LATE. I rang last night to book a cab for 8:35am. Plenty of notice. I called at 8:35 and was told my cab would be ten minutes. I rang ten minutes later to be told ten minutes again. I had booked the cab to be at work on time for 9. It is now 8:56 and still no sign on my taxi. The men at the firm dismiss me when I question what is going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND. In fact, 100% the worst cab service I’ve ever used. This is not the first time this has happened. The cab didn’t arrive until 9:15. JOKE OF A SERVICE!!!!!"

"What an unpleasant experience. I won’t be using them again. No apologies, 20 minutes late and very poor customer service. Been using them for business trips but this last one has been by far the worst. Booked my ride in advance and was told to pay on the phone, despite I had told the lady it didn’t feel right to give my card details over the phone. When I received the booking confirmation and receipt I realized the pick-up time was completely wrong and had to call a second time to confirm. Today I have been waiting for the taxi to come to go to the airport, a couple of minutes past the booked pick-up time I called to check where the car was and was told it was 30 sec away. 10 minutes later I call again and was told the car is in the pick up location, but that wasn’t true as I had been waiting there for around 20 minutes. After the driver arrives 15 minutes late with no apologies whatsoever, he drops me at the airport and starts asking for payment. I’m already late and he starts shouting when I tell him I have already paid by phone. I showed him the receipt but ignores it, and refuses to let me go until I have paid. I have been having to wait for another 5 minutes for Nottingham cars to check my payment. 20 minutes later, all resolved but the driver keeps shouting. I won’t be using them again. No apologies, 20 minutes late and very poor customer service."
