"Only half my order arrived so I rang to query where my food was. They then turned round to say I’m not having the other half of my order or my money back. Cut a long story short I have paid £32 for a cold salt and pepper squid. Never again!"

"Extremely disappointed and upset, used this Chinese a few time, this time my partner was eating her food and bit down on a metal staple! She has subsequently had to have her filling replaced. Upon contacting the restaurant we were offered a refund which never came and the person on the phone didn't seem interested apart from wanting to collect the staple from me, I'm assuming so we couldn't report it to the relevant authorities!!!! Bad food and poor customer service!!"

"First time ordering from Sun Do. Usually order from another local establishment . Positives: Salt & Pepper Chips were great. Chow Mein, Egg Fried Rice, Salt & Pepper Chicken and other items were decent too. Negatives: Crispy Seaweed wasn't great tasted sour. Lemon Chicken was poor - it was overcooked and burnt, looked like it had been cooked in old oil. The same with the lemon sauce which was a sort of orangey/brown colour rather than the usual faint pastel yellow, and again tasted sour. Disappointing really."
