"I would maybe think twice about having parcels delivered here. I understand it’s an extra service that they aren’t obliged to offer, but they do offer it, so they should do it properly. After my parcel got delivered, then sent back the same day, then delivered again the next day, they tried telling me it wasn’t there, before finding it at the last minute. I told them exactly what the parcel looked like and which company it was from, and they still spent time staring at parcels that were the wrong company. It took ten minutes to collect a parcel with no other customers in there! I work in a store that does Parcelshop and would be mortified if a customer had to wait that long. Maybe a better organisation system is needed!"

"What a fantastic shop! If you like Italian food then you simply must visit. The lady is so friendly and helpful. She gave me lots of advice on how to cook proper Italian pizza and had all the ingredients that you just can't get in the supermarket. Very reasonable prices and well worth a visit."
