"When my platinum engagement ring developed a crack in the band from where it had been poorly resized I was devastated and very concerned that restoring it would be impossible due to the detail of the design. Mike added a new section to strengthen the band and managed to work in the same detail, the repair is barely visible and only on very close inspection on the inside of the band can you see any sign of it having had a repair. I'm so very grateful that Mike was able to restore it to its original glory as everyone I had asked before had said they wouldn't be able to and could only insert a plain band. We will definitely be returning to support this business in the future should we need it or be looking for someone to create a new piece for us."
