"Amazing customer service, I contacted the Silver Shop to enquire about arranging a repair of a necklace that had been purchased from them some 20 years previously. I received a quick and friendly response with clear instructions, so I sent the necklace off and heard back in a couple of days that it was ready to collect. I arranged to collect it whilst in Bath, where I was amazed to be charged an incredibly reasonable amount and the necklace had been beautifully cleaned as well.
