"We had a lovely session of aqua splash. My boys were starving, we headed over the cafe before we left for some hot food, so disappointed!! Absolutely disgusting, my kids went to sleep hungry! We paid £5 for a box of stale chips and old fish, never again!"

"I used this gym for 2 weeks while my regular gym was closed. It’s large with lots of various machines and equipment. Sadly people here don’t return their weights to their place. People leave their big bags lying around and taking up space. There’s a terrible culture the management should address by placing some staff in the gym area to do some light policing."

"Since I join, the gym is getting dustier and dirtier by the week, under the equipment are papers, dust and hair; we are all breathing it all in! In the females changing room one of the toilet is locked or broken for months, others are missing parts and the doors are all in dust and hair sticking on! No rubbish bins are at present and people are leaning all rubbish around the changing room."

"Horrible place. First few times were okay. Now, We paid almost £9 for my partner and I to go and play with our daughter. Upon arriving, I spent 20mins cleaning before I felt comfortable leaving my daughter to play with the equipment. No one monitors the small children section so older kids run rampant endangering the smaller children with irresponsible parents allowing this to happen. There were brown bits on the balls of the ball pit for toddlers (and not for the first time)-. I honestly couldn't tell if it was poo or general dirt but it was so unpleasant. Even if it was clean, the horrid smell from the toilets leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth when you're in there. General cleaning needs to be improved for us to go there again. Such a shame as it honestly has so much potential to be a community hub."
