"I really rate Ian. He is so clear in his communication (with dogs and humans!). I felt like he really took time to get to know my dog and me, and is considered in how he understands what you/my dog needs/wants. I trusted him from day 1, and that has made it so easy for Luna to feel safe (she’s not the most trusting dog in the world but I think she picked up early she was safe). I feel like Ian get dogs and applies it well - couldn’t recommend him more !!"
