"Nice hotel in a great, convenient city centre location. We stayed in a Premier Plus room, which is highly recommended. Initially we couldn’t get into our room so we were moved for fear of a faulty door. The new room was clean and tidy, a star was removed as the room wasn’t quite ready as one of the coffee pods appeared to have been used already and the shower gel provided in the bathroom was empty. The staff in the hotel were kind, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend!"
"Stayed here to celebrate my birthday, found this was perfectly located as it was right by the shops. When checking in, Alfred was very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door and was happy to help me check in. Whenever I was in the reception area he would check to see I had everything I needed which was lovely. He definitely made me feel welcomed within moments and went the extra mile."
"The room is very clean and modern, not sure when it was built but it feels relatively new. We stayed in a regular room and the room is pretty spacious even with a sofa on the side. The part I like the most is that they have a full length mirror and an additional mirror with light for make up. The hairdryer isn't big but the wind is strong enough. Their shampoo, like all the other premier Inn is pretty watery, so I would suggest you bring your own. The location is good, it only takes 10-15 min walk to the cathedral and museum. On the way you can find plenty of nice restaurants too. It doesn't have a parking lot but the office building next to it rents some of their parking spaces out on "your parking space ". As it's part of the office, it wasn't as convenient as a normal parking place, you will need to call them to get in/out but the place is very secure. The free WiFi it has was really slow, not very ideal when they charge about £100/ night on weekends."
"It was my first time visiting Bristol and Premier Inn was in the perfect location, only being 5 min walk to Cabot Circus and supermarkets which you can find everything you need. I stayed here for an entire month to help my daughter settle in Uni. Room was very clean and comfortable with firm beds and pillows. I stayed in the regular room at first then I switched to the premiere room on the 7th floor which is so much nicer with a mini fridge. Staff are friendly and helpful. A mention to Crystal who is super cheerful and approachable. She helped me with all my requests during my stay. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future."
"I stayed here for 2 weeks for work, very clean and comfortable room. Staff are friendly and helpful. I dined in the Brewers Fayre which was next door food was good if a little slow in coming out. A mention to Nathan, Gary and Natalia who were friendly and approachable."
