"Popped into Precious Metals this morning, after eyeing up the shop for many years! The owner was very helpful and patient as I tried on over six different rings, explaining the origin of various stones and highlighting price-points for each. Settled on two gorgeous amber rings, which have polished up great and really glint in the sun. Appreciated the discount on the polishing cloth I bought too. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!"

"A lovely shop with a good range. I especially like the crystal/stone bracelets and have bought quite a few as presents too. I've had some lovely pairs of earrings from here over the years. I've not had any trouble with them though I have sensitive skin. Always nice to visit."

"Avoid!!! They have no certificate to sell silver items yet again thr lady at the store claims their are silver - bought a necklace, earring and bracelet and they all irritate my skin and have gone black. Very expensive prices for items that are not silver. Be careful!"

"AVOID AT ALL COST!! these people shouldn't be in business. Brought two rings for both damaged in two weeks. Frist one made my fimger go black and the second one the gemstone fell out. I found the first ring online for £20 was charged almost £50 at this shop. The where reluctant to refund me for the broken one and i only managed to get £40 from the £60 i spent on that individual rimg. Very crooked business. Fake cheaply made items be very wary. At least with retailers you get a proper returns policy and a correct refund."
