"The worst, just to avoid. Simon came to fix my fridge and freezer, he wasn't able to fix the freezer and he just put the wrong piece in the fridge so that now all my food is frozen. Tried to call him but he didn't answer. Got to his shop though is not a shop, it is his private house, he just assaulted me verbally saying that the job is done well and he refused to give money back without any further explanation neither a new appointment. Money stolen and service not done."

"Simon was on time, polite and fixed our fridge/freezer on the bank holiday Saturday. This is after calling him late Friday afternoon and he arrived as promised the next morning. Cant fault his enthusiasm and a job well done. Can highly recommend ! He saved our bank holiday and the need to get a replacement fridge.He is also very honestly priced and we agreed a cost before repair. Very Happy."
"My experience was very similar to the other one star review which I regret not reading. In summary: avoid but details are below. Whitby Ref charged £140 to install a new part (sensor) to our broken fridge/freezer however this did not fix the problem and the appliance was still broken. When I called back, he was very cagey (initially claiming to forget the job) and did not offer to return to actually finish the job or give me a refund. He asked me to check components of the fridge that he had not checked himself while he was here. In the end he very begrudgingly agreed to come back, only to check on the sensor he had installed, however insisted that he would be charging again to check any other part of the appliance this included the compressor which he insisted was critical that *I* check. I refused considering this to be very poor service. My experience was very much like the other one star review which suggests that this is not a one off experience. As I say, I can only recommend avoiding this business."
"Unbelievably disappointed. I've never actually posted a google review previously but felt I should in this case. Simon took almost £150 from us in total to fix our fridge freezer. He charged us for several parts that did not fix the problem - coming back a few times and leaving the appliance in the same state. He then refused to offer any kind of refund without us agreeing that he could come back and take all the replacement parts back out of our freezer (bearing in mind that the ones he'd taken out had been binned). He also scratched our wooden floor pretty badly. Everyone makes mistakes but ultimately we shouldn't have been charged what we were for a service (i.e. fixing something) that wasn't ultimately delivered. The fridge is fairly new (less than 18 months old) but if it couldn't be fixed then we should have been told that on the first visit."
