I really appreciated he didn’t try to hustle me but instead told me the parts required are no longer available so he wouldn’t be able to repair it, he said its best I keep my hoover as its still running (which it does its only the plug no longer stays unwound it keeps reversing back in) I was pleasantly surprised by that and grateful he didn’t just lie, try fix it and then charge me when it clearly couldn’t be fixed.
