"Excellent service, lovely people and dealt with our urgent issue quickly."
"Sadly have had to leave this vets. Was my only and preferred vets for a current and a past cat but the costing methods and some inconsistences have left me disappointed and with no choice. Recently my robust cat had some acne/allergy after no issues in 6years. Called for costings/consultation and was originally told £60 for consultation! In slight shock, left it and phoned other vets who were cheaper so called Highcroft back to double check, then quoted £52 for consultation, was told they made a mistake. 1st red flag. Accepted and took cat in, gave benefit of the doubt. Total £90. £52 consultation, £38 for anti itching injection. Great vets, reassuring and got to the issue quickly. Advised to come back if issue persists. Called back after 4weeks and requested availability for a top up on existing medication as advised by vet as some areas on skin not healed due to cat scratching affected area and putting any progress back again. Asked what costs this would incur as its just a top up so surely just a small cost for administering the same jab and cost of medication. Advisor was unsure, then was advised another full £52 consultation fee would apply. Requested the advisor double check this, as the cats issue is same as before, just delay in healing. They reconfirmed the full charge of £52 on top of the meds would still apply. So presumably another nearly £100 for an injection for the same issue. Let down by inconsistent, varying and exorbitant costing methods, shame, I thought they were a good practice."
"Always helpful. Friendly and clean, fair pricing. Our pets love visiting as lots of fuss is made of them."
"I took my small pet to this vet this am to be cremated. The Receptionist was lovely, very kind and understanding, giving full explanation of what would happen. I left feeling sad but reassured."
"I feel this Group of vetanary centers is more interested in charging exorbitant fees than actually getting any treatment or diagnosis correct. Earlier on I have written that we were charged 4k for very little prognosis. We have had a unwell cat, possibly IBD. This week I feel like I have been passed between the hospital and clinic with very few answers. I have decided to read up myself about the condition. This Practice can't even seem to get it's dosing right. It seems they have underdosed the prednisolone and they had previously underdosed the rehydration medication. They have previously not communicated that thyroid meds must not be crushed. Poor communication, poor diagnosis, astronomical fees."
