"Had my car repaired under a third party insurer, who insisted all work would be guaranteed. The lacquer has completely come off in a year at the repair sites, bumper and bonnet. Arc did not return any calls and have now blamed stone chips on a loss of almost 50% of the lacquer on the bumper and bonnet. Avoid like the plague. I'm now having to go back to Aviva to try and get this rectified. Ignored my emails and calls. Seriously this firm is an absolute joke. Car looked great when I picked it up, but now I'm left with this mess. They said an 'outside influence' affected the paint voiding the warranty. Ridiculous. Absolute scammers, go elsewhere. As you can see from their subsequent response, they have taken no responsibility for the lacquer completely delaminating from the paintwork and are attempting to blame me by 'washing my car'. I explained I do not use a jetwash. That's just a lie in their response. I said I would take the car to them for repair. they are just lying again. Anyway to cut a long story short. take a look at the snaps, if you would be happy having all the lacquer come off your repair within a year at only the areas that they repaired funnily enough and a company saying its out of warranty due to 'washing your car' and stone chips, use Arc. AS AN UPDATE APRIL 22. An independent engineer was called out to inspect the car, said it was completely ARC's fault and couldn't believe they hadn't rectified it, he actually laughed when I said they had blamed it on stone chips! I had the car repaired again elsewhere all at Aviva's cost. Arc caused an absolute nightmare and took no responsibility whatsoever. Caused no end of headaches and my time speaking to Aviva endlessly. Save yourself the hassle, give these a wide berth."

"They pick up my Range Rover sports for repairs of the Spoiler and Camera. After 1 month, I was informed repairs was completed. On inspection The camera fitted was not working. No images coming up . Vehicle developed another another fault while with garage (Parking Break Fault), break lever wouldn’t release and they dropped my car back with a recovery truck arguing it was not their fault. when they initially drove it from my house to their garage. Worst experience of my life with car Repairs. Never"
