"After having no communication over when my dog can be booked back in after a cancellation due to absence ;which I understand is unpredictable. However, to have to chase it up personally several weeks later to be told, it is long term absence, and that there is nothing they will do; which I also You understand if they are the only trianed grooming staff. Yet, to be told, that there are a few in the diary and that they are not contacting or communicating to customers is pretty shocking. You have now lost a customer!!"
