"I contacted the provider on Saturday morning following an emergency issue and they had an engineer attend at my apartment within a few hours. The engineer (Donovan) was extremely thorough, helpful and reassuring. He explained the issues and helped get us back up and running."
"Each time we switched on the hot water the electricity would trip, causing the main switch in the consumer unit to switch off all the electricity in the house. We thought it was an electricity issue. Therefore we called DL Gas for an electrician or gas engineer as we wasn’t sure what the problem was. They sent an electrician the next day and his diagnosis determined the problem was with the immersions in the cylinder. Thus we then asked them for a gas engineer. They informed me that they would order the parts and install them in 3 days time, which they did. It took a lot of effort from the poor engineer to remove the immersions as they were installed over 15 years ago. In the end he had to use his blowtorch. At all times I was informed about what he was doing and he was very patient and professional. Needless to say my hot water is back on and my electric does not trip anymore. Would definitely use them again, especially that they have different trade men that makes it more convenient."
