"If I could give six stars I would, Paula (absolute legend) rang me back out of hours when I left a message saying we were having a dispute with our landlord about a washing machine, Colin (also an absolute legend) came round the next day and settled the dispute within a couple of minutes by ringing our landlord and explaining the problem, saving us a lot of money in the process. Amazing customer service, could not recommend these guys more, if you have any problems with any white goods these guys are the answer! Thank you"

He explained what needed to be done, talked us through the options and got the work done without any fuss. He was extremely diligent with regard to social distancing, and brought foot coverings, hand sanitizer and a mask for the job.
