Linda let me bring my car in earlier than scheduled, kept me updated during the service, and was really hospitable (and gave me genuine advice around an issue with the car spotted during the service). I’ll definitely be going back next year!"

"Calling to get your car booked in is a complete nightmare. Calls are never being returned and the call center people cannot actually book a service or anything. You need to wait for a call back. I have been waiting for a week and keep calling but no one ever returns calls… I am promised a urgent call back but nothing happens. It’s highly frustrating that the only way to book your car is actually going physically there… I have taken my car in for investigation of noises several times, the last time being in June and was told that nothing is wrong. Paying for investigation is really expensive! No other garage make you pay to investigate a problem! I have now failed MOT because suspension are complete run down while it was in the garage 2 months ago…"
