"The day I went to pick up my car after Ken had arduously worked on it for a few weeks, I was astounded by the transformation to my old Honda Civic 2002 three door car. Ken had given my car cosmetic surgery compared to its previous state my car looked unblemished, smooth, and beautiful. On first sight of the finished result I think my jaw dropped with both pleasure and surprise. The obvious scratches at the corners of the front bumper as well some on the back bumper, the several small bumps and dents to one side of the car, were no more. The frame looked and felt smooth as I brushed my hand to feel the difference. Above all the main damage had been repaired with much skilful excellence. The underside edge of the right side doorframe had been sealed shut in an accident from friction caused by a sharp right turn meant the door could not be opened. On seeing the car I was most excited to be able to once again open and close the right side door. Ken had laboriously repaired the damage and done so to a very high standard. He told me he regards his work like art, that he doesn't just do it in exchange for money, he loves the work he does. Seeing the high quality of what he had achieved with my car I was totally convinced by his skill and integrity. I found Ken via a google search for car repaint. I had reviewed the reviews given Ken by previous clients, so impressed and deemed the reviews genuine I sought him out. I wanted to hold onto my Honda Civic despite its old age because of the quality of the make and model, and the fact that it still has a decade and more of life left in it. Aside the damages to my car I had been wanting to refresh its exterior look. I thought I needed to find two different workshops first to repair the damage, and the second to have it repainted. It was a huge relief to discover Ken did both, and had given me a reasonable quote that I knew would be hard to match elsewhere having done my research. I can testify that Ken is a gem of a find. He is of the old artisan school, the kind of professional who takes real pride in excellence in their work. Aside from mending my car's various scratches, dents, and damages, he transformed an old common looking boring silver Civic into a beautiful, more sophisticated Basque Red Pearl. For the first few days after I got my car back I admit I couldn't help but look and took side way glances ... it looked so good. I regretted neither Ken nor I thought of taking before and after photos. "Just collected my RX8 from Ken. I park my car on the road and came out one morning to find some kind soul had left a nasty grove down the front driver side wing, right above the wheel arch. This wasn't a dent, but a proper deep grove which had removed the paint as well. Went to a local garage which quoted me at least £600 to have this repaired, if it was possible, otherwise it would be a new wing. Found Ken's details and read these reviews. Wasn't sure as Ken doesn't have a fancy garage or premises. But went ahead with Ken anyway when he said he would be able to repair the damage. He completed the work in 2 days. When I collected the car couldn't believe the job he'd done. Grove was completely gone, respray was flawless, and he'd even had the car washed. All this for £200. Will definitely be keeping Ken's number handy for future. First class job and a totally reliable man. Cannot recommend highly enough."
