"Went here on Friday with an MOT failure. They promised the world! They said the car would be finished with a fresh MOT on Saturday. No phone call, no notice…. I went in on Monday to find they’d done none of the visible work. They said they needed another week because their electrical man had gone on holiday! Then they refused to let me take my car without paying them a hugely over rated price! I felt intimidated and threatened so I had to pay it to get away! I left feeling very angry and still had a broken car! I went to TSG and they did all the work in one hour!!!! With a smile!!! And for a darn good price! These guys at AMZ don’t have a business bank account, only a personal Monza account!! Clearly a scam but you only find out when it’s too late! I’d never go there again!"

"I purchased a vehicle from this place using the name of Old Oak car sales as the dealer selling this vehicle. On my arrival under the AA dealer promise they had failed to keep the promise having a faulty radio, faulty sunroof, faulty air con. We came to an arrangement on repairing these where he had failed in numerous times and eventually just before I pulled out of the deal they had the car repaired except for the sunroof. I decided to take the vehicle and repair it myself as I was in need of an urgent vehicle. They tried to sell me a warranty over priced compared to the price on line and I was told the oil service was completes which I knew was a lie as he stamped my book with the date that was totally wrong to what he had originally told me. I’ve now had a second inspection and the oil was never changed no type of service was taken in four years and I had lies being fed to me with peanuts also in the air filter which was strange. I’m the air filter from where the move was living. Now that needs explaining. I can say that it is being serviced as we speak from a reputable garage and I would advise to purchase your vehicle else where. Not to forget on the invoice he had not mentioned any details that the car was purchased from he’s garage he left that space empty like he had no contact with this vehicle also mentioning on the invoice that any future problems with the vehicle not to return. This car has failed the AA dealer promise it states it’s part of."
