"Called on a Monday first thing after problems with Amana fridge freezer over the weekend. Engineer attended same afternoon and soon got to work. Very professional in approach and took great care with surroundings to avoid damage. Very thorough in approach to identify issue. Turned out our freezer was 24 years old and not 20. Sanjay explained the issue clearly and confidently after which I gave the okay to proceed. Freezer sections given a long overdue clean and servicing carried out on condenser along with a full re-gas. Fridge freezer now operating as expected with temperatures back in correct range. Can't recommend Sanjay highly enough. Definitely knows his stuff and dedicated to doing a first class job. Entry already in diary for service in a few years time."
