"Had an appointment booked in for 4pm, at 4.15pm i get a call saying the technican would be there in 15 mins. I waited downstairs thinking they would arrive soon. They had the wrong map, which they accused me of sending when it is clearly showing where i live. Called them back at 5.15pm (1hr 15mins) after scheduled appointment time, and they tell me that they have gone to another appointment! Without even calling to say! Very unprofessional, will never use them!"
