"I've had positive experience with these people in the past. However this week i had an appalling experience at the hands of one of the staff. I popped in there to make an inquiry regarding a service i was interested in. The man at the desk was on the line to someone and i was prepared to wait. He didn't wait to put the phone down and asked me what i wanted in a aggressive and rude manner. When i explained to him what i was after , he shooed me away by telling me we don't do that."
