"Divyesh came on the same day as I had called. He detected the problem right away. However, he tried to charge a bit too much above market (e.g. for a GBP 37 GBP part we would set you off GBP). This service fees are also more on the top-end, e.g. gas safety and service is more than GBP 220 and that's double the market price."

The engineer has been polite and helpful - doing his best to get the repair complete there and then. When a part has needed to be ordered the office have kept us informed and they completed the repair shortly after getting the part, even coming at 8pm to stick to their commitment to get it done on the specified day."
