"My boiler started losing pressure over the holidays and turning off every time it was restarted. My contractor said it was a leak most likely (not 100% sure) under my hallway wood floors and wanted to pull them up to locate it. In a panic and desperate not to remove any flooring, I went looking for a Vaillant boiler specialist that might be able to advise further as my boiler is not new. I came across Vaillant Boiler Repairs and rang to immediately connect with Pasha. This was the week between Christmas and New Years where all other companies were closed but Pasha was working. He asked me a series of questions and confirmed he would pop by the following day. Pasha arrived (with the most tidy and organized tools I have ever seen) and immediately started reviewing the boiler. I got this vibe that he sees mysterious problems with boilers as a challenge to solve because he is incredibly intelligent and appears to enjoy what he does. Pasha confirmed there must be a leak but suggested we try a leak sealant option first before proceeding with pulling up the floors. He did a bit of research, confirmed it was possible for the boiler and came to flush the sealant into the boiler. The results were amazing! We havent had the boiler pressure drop since! We are so grateful to Pasha for helping us find a fix until we can upgrade the boiler further down the line and address the leak properly. Honestly, I couldn't recommend a better boiler repair service. Everything was on time with ample communication and at a very reasonable price, which we were incredibly grateful for.
