"I really hate giving bad reviews, i am not dissatisfied with the actual grooming even though to my standards it was very basic and nothing to shout about. However being told that my 13 week old little pom bear who came from a VERY experienced breeder was not handled in his first 6 weeks which is total rubbish. Then because he is so tiny due to being the runt and has an exception letter from being micro chipped until he reaches over 100 lbs was told this was total nonsense ( bare in mind i have had to very highly recommend vets say that it would be not only painful but dangers to do this). I am still shocked and disgusted that she not only disagreed but carries this procedure out on little puppies under the HIGHLY recommenced weight. This groomer may be very good at grooming but that is were she should stop before she not only injures or even worse but to cause long term suffering that can happen if this is done before the weight gain. She is not a vet or if she is should give it up and stick to what she is just about good at. PLEASE BEFORE TAKING ANY ADVICE OR GOING AHEAD WITH ANY PROCURES CONSULT A VET OR RESEARCH. If i hadn't already known this i could have easily put my baby pom at RISK ."
