You could not find a groomers who would fit you in at short notice, ( which some times I need) fabulous grooming every time, very reasonable price compared to over the river and such a lovely team. He does not like being groomed but Diana was so gentle and affectionate with him which put him at ease. She took the time to listen to what kind of hair cut we wanted for him. Bernie is nervous of being left and yet he was so relaxed with her. We are delighted to have found such a warm, friendly, skilled and professional dog groomer. Thank you so much!"

From a scruffy bear to the softest and smartest teddy. Diana takes the time to listen to my expectations and knows how to create the most flattering shape for the individual dog. We get so many compliments! She gave great advice on home grooming routine and the whole experience felt very personal, not rushed and factory like other groomers. Nice and fairly priced accessories too."
