"We took our shy cat to Raquel Cat and Dog Grooming to get a trim and wash. Our cat was handled with the utmost care and Raquel was a natural at calming and grooming our cat. Raquel also offered veterinary advice which was very useful. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future."

"I contacted Raquel about giving my Persian cat a trim as he had quite bad matting around his tummy and under his legs and wouldn't let me tend to them. Raquel responded within 10 minutes and was very helpful offering me an appointment for the following day (Sunday) which was great. Raquel advised that she is a vet with many years experience which was a great comfort as I love my cat dearly and would only want an absolute professional to deal with the groom as it is so easy to hurt a cat with clippers. Upon arrival Raquel first offered me a lovely cup of tea then she proceeded to clip the nails on the cat followed by a hair cut (Lion cut) and it was clear to see that Raquel was definitely no novice and my cat showed absolutely no signs of distress. After finishing the trim he was then bathed and blow dried. I was amazed at the price Raquel quoted for the service she provided which was less than half of all other quotes I received for the same service."
