"Our dog always has a lovely time at daycare here, it is reassuringly secure with multiple locks and gates to get through, and the owners have a genuine love and care for dogs. Also very helpful when ours chewed through a buckle on her harness at home, organising a free replacement to be sent to our house. Nice outside play area and regular walks in the park opposite. Highly recommend."
"We’ve been taking our dog, Lilith, to Masters Touch since she was a puppy. It’s a very friendly family run business. On our first visit we were made to feel very welcome and we booked Lilith in for a puppy groom. They asked if we could go in early so Lilith had time to get used to the environment and settle in before her first groom. Lilith now gets very excited to go as she enjoys being there. Lucy is very professional, friendly and always does an excellent job of grooming Lilith. Bruno is also very helpful - when Lilith was growing out of her puppy harness I noticed they stocked Ruffwear harnesses. Bruno helped make sure we got the right size and adjusted eveything so it fitted perfectly and it was the same price as ordering it online. They also have a great selection of natural and healthy treats which Lilith loves."
"I took my 3.5 months old puppy for his first groom. The shop looked really nice an welcoming and so did the owners and I felt really at ease from the first impression and from remembering all the good reviews read here and when meeting people in the local park. When I came to pick him up, one of the owners (the husband) seemed to be keen to sell me something. It started with saying that my puppy needs to change his harness and we can look at some of the selections in the shop (his harness fits him perfectly and is adjustable), while waiting to pay he also kept feeding him so edible red chew saying how good it is and how I should buy it. I asked what is it and is it ok for puppies. He said yes and carried on with the sales pitch. I looked at the box and it didn't say anything about age etc. and that's when I kind of tried to discourage my puppy to keep eating it. During that night he fell sick and kept vomiting all night. He vomited the pieces of this "amazing organic chew", in the morning he was completely refusing any water and was lethargic. Rushed to the emergency vet and had to be admitted into hospital for a night. One week later we are still on strict diet and the vet confirmed it was gastroenteritis from food that should have not been given to him. It's a shame, as I will say the groom itself was really good but it came at a too high of price and we won't be going back there. I would have thought that with their experience they would have known better not to feed such a tiny puppy without owner's consent. Seems very irresponsible, specially as they were trying to sell me the chews (or harness)."
"I can't recommend 'Masters Touch' enough! Took our 3 month old Cavapoo, Wanda in for her first groom today and she looks fantastic. She was very nervous when we first arrived, but Lucy and Bruno really made Wanda feel relaxed and at home with all the other dogs. When we came to pick her up she was a changed dog - playing confidently with the other pups and I'm sure she cant wait for her next visit. The facilities are second to none and we couldn't imagine anyone else caring for her. Thank you!"
"This is possibly our cockapoo, Bella's fave place! Every time we bring her there for daycare she'll be jumping for joy! She's just had a grooming session today and she looks great! We brought her to another groomer previously and she had a bad experience so you can imagine how happy we were to find Masters Touch! The owners Lucy and Bruno are such wonderful people. You can tell that they truly care about the pups. I highly recommend them for daycare, grooming and even to get your pup some healthy treats (:"
