I have been holding off going on holiday for years because I’ve been worried about leaving the cats, I took the dive with Emma due to her location and I have to say, from the start everything was so professional with a lovely caring touch. For example, before your holiday you fill out some bits in your own time about your pets, upload pics, describe where things are. So you feel comfortable that she will know everything as everything in your head is written down within the online form. She sends such beautiful updates after every visit whilst we were away - we always got so excited when our phone buzzed with the email! She took some beautiful pictures of the cats. I would not want to use anyone else and I feel like I have a bit of freedom knowing I have someone I can trust - I don’t easily trust people with them as they are rescues who were badly treated by humans.
